What are some examples of pitch errors left in the final mix?

Sometimes, errors in pitch, where the artists sing too sharp or flat, slip past producers and singers and get left in the final mix that get released. My favourite example is Zayn’s ad-libs in the final chorus of Stand Up by One Direction.
